Young Learners Winter Packages
Running from early January to early February, our Winter Young Learner Programme gives students aged 11–17 the opportunity to experience London during one of the city’s most magical seasons.
Mornings, evenings, and weekends are filled with exciting excursions and seasonal activities, including visits to Christmas light displays and winter markets, the New Year’s Day Parade, and Twelfth Night celebrations. Afternoons are dedicated to interactive English lessons, giving students the opportunity to reflect on their experiences, expand their language skills, and communicate with classmates from around the world.
Students may choose to stay in our modern onsite residence, with 24-hour support, or with one of our carefully selected host families for a warm and authentic cultural experience. The result is a safe, enriching, and memorable stay that combines language learning with the very best of winter in London.

SkillUp: English for Life & Leadership
SkillUp is our dynamic English programme for Young Learners, where students develop their language skills through interactive lessons, creative projects, and teamwork. They build confidence in English while developing essential communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Beyond the Classroom: The Castle Experience
The Castle Experience is a premium upgrade to the Young Learner Programme. Students stay at Burlington Castle, our beautiful countryside residence just 10 minutes from the city of Bath, where they experience English through history, culture and royal traditions. It is an unforgettable opportunity to learn, explore and live like royalty.

Every season brings a new side of London to discover. Our four seasonal programmes give individual students and groups the opportunity to improve their English while experiencing the city’s unique traditions, events, and atmosphere alongside classmates from around the world. We also welcome closed groups at other times of the year and can create tailor-made programmes to suit their specific interests and requirements.

What Our Students Say
At the beginning, I felt insecure about speaking and was afraid of making mistakes, especially when forming sentences. Even though I could understand almost everything, I sometimes froze when it was time to talk. However, as time went by, I became more confident, learned new expressions, and started feeling more comfortable participating in class and having daily conversations.
The school environment was multicultural, with students from many different countries, which made the experience even more enriching. I didn’t just improve my English — I also learned about different cultures, traditions, and perspectives that broadened my worldview.
Living in London made everything even more special. Being able to study while experiencing the routine of such a diverse and historic city was incredible.
In the end, I realized how much I had grown — not only in the language, but also in independence, maturity, and confidence. It is definitely an experience I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
I will miss London and the moments at the residence, especially in the common room. But I will keep in touch with many students.
What makes it really stand out is that it’s not just another school with a generic “business campus.” Their campus is beautiful, welcoming, and designed to inspire learning.
And the best part: they even have their own castle in Bath, which is an absolutely unique experience you won’t find anywhere else. Burlington genuinely cares about its students and creates the perfect environment to learn English.
